Deliveries
While we endeavour to despatch the goods within 48 hours from receipt of order, should we be out of stock of an item this will follow within a maximum period of 28 days. Should you find this unacceptable please let us know in writing and we shall cancel the order with no charge to you.

Cancelling an order

Carriage charges are calculated by weight, please select the band stated next to the item ordered, Prices are intended in Sterling.
England and Wales:
Band 1 - Under 5 Kg - £5.50 inc VAT
Band 2 - Under 12 Kg - £12.50 inc VAT
Band 3 - Under 25 Kg - £17.50 inc VAT
Band 4 - Over 25 Kg - £30.00 inc VAT
Scotland (use these prices for Northern Ireland):
Band 1 - Under 5 Kg - £5.50 inc VAT
Band 2 - Under 12 Kg - £12.50 inc VAT
Band 3 - Under 25 Kg - £19.50 inc VAT
Band 4 - Over 25 Kg - £40.00 inc VAT
Ireland and Jersey:
Band 1 - Under 5 Kg - £25.00
Band 2 - Under 12 Kg - £32.50
Band 3 - Under 25 Kg - £47.00
Band 4 - Over 25 Kg - £74.50
